Who we are
Musk Academy (دار مسك) is an academy for teaching the Holy Quran and the Arabic language, based at 13 Mohamed Hassan Street, 10th District, Nasr City, Cairo 11528, Egypt. We teach students online worldwide.

What information we collect
When you request a free trial class through the form on our website, we collect:
- The student’s name
- The student’s age
- Country of residence
- Phone number (including country code), used to contact you on WhatsApp
- The learning track you selected
- The IP address the request was sent from, used only to detect automated spam
If you contact us directly by WhatsApp or email, we also keep the content of that conversation so we can serve you properly.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to:
- Contact you to arrange your free trial class
- Assess the student’s level and suggest a suitable learning plan
- Schedule lessons and communicate with you about them
- Protect the website from automated spam submissions
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing messages.
Children’s privacy
Many of our students are children. We ask a parent or legal guardian to submit the trial request on the child’s behalf. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the student named, or that you are the student and are old enough to consent under the law of your country.
We collect the minimum we need about a child: first name, age and country. We never ask a child directly for personal information, and we do not create accounts for children without a parent.
If you believe a child’s information has been given to us without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep your information
If you become a student, we keep your details while you are enrolled and for up to two years afterwards. If you request a trial but do not enrol, we delete your details within twelve months. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Who can see your information
Your details are stored on our website, which is hosted by Hostinger. Notifications are sent to our academy email address. Only the academy’s administrative staff and the teacher assigned to the student can see your details.
We also use the following services, which may process limited technical data:
- Google Analytics — anonymous statistics about how the site is used
- Google Search Console — how the site appears in search results
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the effect of our advertising
- WhatsApp — for messaging you
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose
Write to muskacademy2@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep the site working properly and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, but some features may be less convenient.
Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to your details to the people who need it to teach or support you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
